1 Scope of Working
Manages the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of Accounts. The main roles of the post are preparing financial statement, monitoring a company’s finances, supervising financial report and budget planner, reviewing financial report and seeking ways to reduce costs, analyzing market trends, and advising subordinates on ideas as how to maximize profits. Recommendation to superior on taxation how to minimize tax payment with legalization.
2 Duties and Responsibilities
To prepare financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and analyses of future earnings or expenses.
To prepare monthly and yearly budget and make comparison with fiscal year
To organize budgets to meet its financial goals.
To prepare and update Cash flow report.
Carrying out business modeling and risk assessment.
Review and verify approval of invoices and purchase order
Ensure accuracy in daily invoices and meet time limits
Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of subordinates, and expedite workflow
Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product.
Supervise subordinate operation day to day to ensure they met deadline with effective and efficient output.
Keep up date the changes in financial and tax related regulations and legislation
Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff.
Various office management functions.
Degree in Accounting & Finance (Having CAT or CPA certificate is a plus.),
Commercial awareness/sound business knowledge
Accuracy and an eye for details
Strong background and professional in Taxation
Strong in strategic thinking and problem solving.
Strong in negotiation and communication skills
Strong supervisory, leadership and computer skills.
Strong of Sage Accounting Program and other Accounting Program;
Excellent problem solving, analytical, technical, and numerical abilities;
Skilled in planning, organizing, delegating and evaluating,
Minimum 4 years working experience in construction and real estate;
Good sound of verbal and written English and Khmer (Chinese is a plus);
Sufficient experience in professional supervisory procedures;
Ability to think creatively;
Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility;
Being able to work in team and good time management, hardworking and initiative/flexible skills;
Being honest, high commitment, good attitude, open minded and work ethic;
Being highly responsible for work completion with accuracy and deadline;
Flexible to the process flow change.
