The Beyond Design team is expert in complete turnkey furniture packages. We provide packages for new projects and refurbishments. Our furnishing solutions address all FF&E customer service and project management requirements. From sofas to beds, cabinetry, soft, hard furnishings and electrical items, we design, deliver and install everything required for your property, be it a hotel, serviced apartment, investment property, a private home, or marketing and display suites.
Management of existing accounts to obtains orders
Establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily cold and hot calls
Creatively maximizes opportunities to get market share
Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor
Introduces Beyond Design to customer
Directs the preparation of quotations, invoices, PO, and all documentation needed.
Keeps management team informed by submitting activity and results reports, updates active project reports, and participates in weekly work planning meetings and other analyses and problem-solving meetings as needed
Assists in conceptualizing and organizing relevant customer events
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
Provides historical records by maintaining comprehensive files on projects and clients
Project manager and coordinate with client and site supervisor for completion handing over to client
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Recruitment and offering Training for new / existing employee of sales team.
Coordinate Account Receivable with accountant and client
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales field
Experience related to Real Estate as : Real estate Agency, property developer, property management, architect, interior architect, interior design, project management, contractors or suppliers.
Active and responsible personality
Excellent time management skill
Strong presentation and communication skills
Good english level (Understanding, Speaking and Writing)
Good knowledge of other languages is a plus (khmer, chinese, japanese, korean)
