Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.
Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Working with internal team, marking staff and others manager to increase sale opportunity.
Build key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals.
Appointment vendors to support customers.
Follow up sales about quotations, status, and adjustment from customers.
Follow up selling price, lock deal discount price and adjusted price from vendors.
Prepare and pointed Sales for training.
Others task assigned by management.
Bachelor Degree equivalents or upper degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field.
Fresh Graduate or Experience in BDM or equivalents field.
Good in English language, and Chinese language is preferable.
Proactive and self controlled work ethic; team work.
