Oversee and manage field sales supervisors & sales force for fixed broadband service for Smart including door to door agents and booking fulfillment.
To lead, guide and manage a team of direct reports to ensure below roles and responsibilities are achieved.
Achievement of monthly broadband sales target as assigned by the company.
Hire, train, coach and discipline door to door broadband sales and fulfillment team.
Oversee operational activities of broadband sales force, monitor day to day performance and increase sales force effectiveness.
Door to door sales route planning and ensure sales team executes as per plan.
Ensure device stock level is sufficient to support day to day sales activities.
Coordination with external agency to ensure sufficient agent pool.
Timely identification and escalation of operational issues. Sales performance analysis, reporting and propose improvement plans to management.
Advanced skillset in Microsoft Suite of products (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio)
At least 5 years of experience in sales management
