Build up recruitment strategy for work force sourcing & recruiting. Improve recruitment processes and tools & manage operational recruitment transactions to meet business requirement.
Coordinate with Functions for annual training needs analysis & annual training plan. Facilitate to organize the scheduled training programs timely & effectively Select, appoint, and manage third party training supplier relationships.
Build up talent pool development procedures and coordinate with Functions for talent management.
Manage the performance management process which ensures, on an ongoing basis, that staff set clear and relevant annual objectives, receive accurate performance reviews, and have meaningful development plans.
Maintain a positive employee relations environment by proactively working with management on potential staff issues, through regular staff welfare/recreation programs, and through regular and proactive engagement with staff at all levels.
Handle internal conflict, complain or dispute incurred in compliance with labour law.
Manage effectively all admin activities to meet business request.
Manage expat admin, legal documents to align with current law and regulation
Ensure that effective employee communication programs are in place to build a well informed workforce.
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource/MBA in Human Resource.
3 5 years work experiences in human resource and administration management
Good knowledge about labour law, code termination regulations and administration.
Strong in communication, influencing, leadership and management skills
Good commend of written and spoken English.
Proficiency in MS Office.
