Lead and develop the purchasing team, purchasing materials & equipment, making import & export procedure, renting equipment using for CSCC constructions.
Develop local and overseas suppliers for cost reductions, better quality and delivery services.
Responsible for the scheduling, and purchasing plan for raw materials, as well as the compiling of the monthly purchase and inventory report and price analysis.
Managing the warehouses of constructions.
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.
Supporting for Technology team Planning about purchasing materials and information.
To regularly prepare various reports and analysis including inventory budget report and provide recommendations for management review.
Formulate policies and set operating procedures for inventory management and to supervise the daily operations including stock control, stock re order level, and the movement of stock are at all times efficient and effective.
Master or bachelor degree.
At least 7 years of professional experience.
Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager in foreign owned company.
Knowledge of Purchasing systems and databases.
Knowledge and strong abilities in project execution such as planning and job costing.
Ability to purchasing strategy along with leadership skills.
Considerable knowledge of industry standards, building codes and practices, construction law, guidelines and procedures.
Proficient computer skills, proficient with MS Office (Outlook/Excel/Project/Word).
High level of written and oral English (or Chinese) communication skills.
