The Procurement Officer will work closely with all relevant department within the organization to support operation of company to be smoother with cost saving. Procurement Officer is responsible for procure of overall goods and services to be effective delivery of Shukaku Inc’s project.
Procurement Officer is accountable for the following:
Well understanding about procurement policies and processes to ensure they are implemented effectively and align with the needs of shukaku in.
Keep track all POs PRs CIs VOs and other documents for procurement department.
Sourcing stationery, cleaning supply, Refreshment, office equipment, marketing materials, personal protective equipment, staff uniform.
Supply printing documents, banner, billboard, subscription newspaper….
Support for travel arrangement( Extension visa, Air ticket, Passport, hotel reservation…).
Sourcing small contractor for do small project like site clearing, land leveling, hoarding..
Manage the open bid process and encourage collaboration through supportive relationships to ensure best fit solutions for project department and other relevant departments within shukaku Inc.
Responsible for ensuring purchased goods and services conforms to specified requirements.
Maintain all office goods and services are on time supplied and quality assurance.
Collect feedback, do survey and report on quality of goods, services and civil works in order to identify quality of products and the reliably and ethic of suppliers.
Identify potential suppliers, visit existing suppliers, build and maintain good relationships and negotiate with them to have very competitive cost offered to company.
Responsible for evaluating & select suppliers (vendors) based on organizational criteria and other requirements from Procurement Manager and Head of Procurement.
Maintains purchasing information, files and records for the purpose of ensuring the availability of documentation and compliance with established policies and regulatory guidelines.
Ensure shukaku inc meets it obligations in providing a robust, transparent process and that there is demonstrated accountability in all procurement activities.
Preparing purchase order(PO), summary quotation or quotation evaluation, bid evaluation report, vendor contracts and other procurement documents.
Disseminating procurement policies and procedures to relevant staff.
Strengthening organizational systems, such as purchase order tracking, financial commitment tracking, and develop/manage the rosters of suppliers, elaboration of supplier selection and evaluation, quality and performance measurement mechanisms.
Any task assign by procurement manager.
A recognized Degree in construction, or equivalent;
At least 4years relevant experience in large scale building construction projects.
Familiarity with local and neighbouring markets for construction materials;
Good communication and negotiation skills;
Team player who is analytical, resourceful and result oriented.
Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and time management skills;
Independent and motivated;
Able to work in a highly matrix and multicultural environment;
Dynamic and has experience in dealing with crisis management;
Strong oral and written communications and negotiation skills; and
Has healthy life style, and able to work well under pressure.
