Represent the company through phone and personal interaction with business partners.
Initiative to develop and apply sales and service skills.
To standby as the teller from time to time when needed.
Manage the telephone exchange section, coordinate with the various departments regarding visitors, and monitor incoming and outgoing persons.
Work closely with all Department to deliver document in and out
Arrange the transportation and control report
Receive, note and deliver in coming mails
Receive and note out going mails and give to messenger
Other tasks are assigned by supervisors
Fresh graduate or Minimum 1 year working experience at receptionist/customer service area is a plus.
Good customer service.
Willingness and aptitude to be observed, coached and trained.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability in spoken and written English communication.
