Receiving sale order from sale representatives,
Requesting open entry from AR (Sage Accpac ERP system),
Issue OE, DO and Invoices,
Follow up and filling customer’s signatures on DO and invoices,
Cash collection from customers during sale indoor,
Contact cash collector for cash collection,
Prepare daily sale report and submitted to AR officer,
Keep inform into What’s App,
Double check Sale Order Vs OE , Product price in price list by on each areas,
Other tasks assign by Supervisor.
At least Bachelor Degree in Business Administrative, Sales, Marketing or other related fields,
At least 02 years working experience in Sales Admin/Sale Account or other related fields,
Be able to use Sage Accpac ERP system,
Good in communication and interpersonal skills,
Be able to use English for official communication,
Computer literacy (MS. Word, Excel, Internet & E mail),
Be honest, committed and responsible.
