Assists supervisor recruitment, selection process such application screening, arrangement, employment contract preparation
Manages the payroll process for all employees including incentive, bonus, and other benefits and ensure payroll paid correctly
Investigates and understands causes for staff absences and asks permission to take action
Provides advice and recommendations on discipline actions
Assists supervisor transferring and separation employees and monthly update staff movement employee
Assists supervisor with the asset code checking & controlling
Administers documentation filing in comply with company’s policy
Tracks employee’s contract and probationary period notice
Maintains work structure by updating job requirements, job descriptions all positions employment contract and other relevant documents
Works closely various departments, increasingly the understand implement policies
Performs other task assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Management or other relevant fields
At least 2 years of working experiences with Construction Company
Extensive understanding of labor law & employee relation
Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email
Be able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate document are being used
Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility
Be able to lead and motivate others.
Could work under pressure.
